Rigoni di Asiago - Fior di Frutta
I tried this jam on a whim while shopping at a small market in Bodega Bay. It’s not often I find a jam that has that right combination of sweet and tart where the sugar doesn’t overpower the flavor of the fruit. I absolutely love the apricot and raspberry preserves! Put a little butter on a good slice of bread (like the one above— the Superseed bread from Wild Flour in Freestone) and spread some apricot or raspberry Fior di Frutta on there…and listen…you’ll thank me.
